Recruiting landing pages are special pages created by companies to attract candidates for a specific position or programme. They are usually very focussed and aimed at a specific target group. On a recruiting landing page, you will find all the important information about the advertised position, such as the requirements, the job profile and the application process. It is usually a single page (one-pager).

Career pages, on the other hand, are broader and offer an overview of a company’s entire career programme. Here you will not only find information on current vacancies, but also general information on career opportunities in the company, working conditions and the corporate culture. Career pages are therefore aimed at a larger target group and are less focussed than recruiting landing pages.

A recruiting landing page is the right choice for you if you want to attract new employees from a specific target group in the short term.

In addition to your long-term recruiting strategy, targeted recruiting landing pages can provide quick and cost-effective boosts or short-term hires.

However, they do not replace a complete career website, job board or job adverts. Recruiting landing pages often run as subpages of the career website.

Clearly yes. A landing page that nobody visits is of course of no use to you. We therefore recommend a campaign with measures such as Google Adwords and advertising the landing page on your other channels for the launch of your recruiting landing page.

As a rule, we realise recruiting landing pages within a budget of €3,000 to €6,000, depending on the type and scope. Additional costs may arise for content creation and accompanying measures.

Once all specifications (CD/CD guides and components) and the final content (texts, images, videos) are available, we need between 3 and 5 working days to go live.

We implement landing pages in WordPress and only use tried-and-tested plugins. Our service partner ensures maximum security and daily updates.

We also integrate Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Matomo as required. Tracking pixels or similar can be integrated as required.
