Regardless of the manufacturer, several different ats' can be connected at the same time (Cornerstone Talentlink, Oracle Taleo, SAP Success Factors, Workday, etc.).

Justified question :-). A jobboard, i.e. an overview page for all jobs advertised on your career website, is the basis for optimising your job advertisements.

However, the challenges involved in designing and realising a job board are very different, which is why we are making a distinction here in terms of content.

A job board has a supposedly simple task: a candidate should be able to find the right job with as few clicks as possible. Candidates should have various tools at their disposal to do this. For example, an intelligent search, a location proximity search or relevant filters with intelligent features such as multiple choice, searchability or display of hits per option. Other features such as a watch list or a job newsletter subscription are just as helpful.

This probably sounds obvious, but it is not. Many job boards, which in most cases are made available from the applicant management system, have little or none of the functions mentioned. They are not a pleasure to use and it is very difficult to find the right job. Mobile optimisation or accessibility are rather foreign words.

With our solution for corporate job boards, you no longer present your candidates with a major conundrum. We are constantly expanding the functional scope of our search functions, rely on innovative and state-of-the-art technologies and, above all, are flexible. Because not every company needs the same functions. The job board for your company should perhaps offer other search tools like our implementation for E.On or thyssenkrupp.

Is the structure of your business units and group companies very complex? Or do you have no group companies at all and advertise all jobs under a single company name?

Yes, all ats, such as SAP Success Factors, Cornerstone Talentlink or Oracle Taleo, now have APIs, i.e. data outputs that we can use to import your job data.

This is secure and GDPR-compliant. The work of your recruiters remains unchanged. We simply automatically import the data that your recruiters record as usual into our system. This creates an independent add-on that can be customised completely freely.

No. We don’t want to change anything in your ats. We know that you have spent years developing a system in which all stakeholders and, above all, your recruiters can do their job. Within the given possibilities, the system works so that you can recruit.

We respect your status quo and are experts in building our solutions on top of existing systems – without changing them.

Sometimes, however, the new possibilities offered by our solutions make it necessary to expand the ats. For example, the introduction of a new field for “home office” or the creation of multiple locations.

However, we are only talking about positive enhancements and not complex process changes.

Our SaaS solutions can generally be used out-of-the-box in just a few days. If things need to be done quickly, we can deliver as quickly as possible. But quality comes before speed.

We prioritise sustainable implementation that performs from day one and can grow with your needs over the years. That’s why we don’t talk about a quick solution at jobboards.

As a rule, we start by working out the requirements and elements of the various components in virtual workshops. After the conception and design, we work out a customised rollout plan for you, which can also be divided into several go-lives or milestones.

In principle, we can implement all types of filtering. Whether a three-stage location search, multiple choice filters or searchable filters with a large number of options, everything is possible.

We can even enrich data and use it as a filter that is not available in your applicant management system. Does your ats only recognise the city name, for example? We enrich the state, country and position on a world map!

Of course. We monitor the market, read all relevant studies and research new technologies and trends ourselves. We install our resulting implementations for all customers as optional updates. And this is free of charge – our updates are included in the licence.

We also maintain our customer community and ensure synergies. If one of our customers has a useful change request, we offer our implementation to all customers as an update.

Our experience shows that all stakeholders are initially satisfied after the first go-live. However, as our solutions open up previously unimagined possibilities, new ideas on how to utilise these possibilities very often arise after the go-live.
